Drawing the #color - v3

not like a pipette in a lab, a syringe,
but like a cloth, pulling, wooing,
drawing the color, the liquid, paint,
wicked up from the leaf's skin, its surface,
wet, bled onto an adjacent leaf,
gaining the stain, the same color,
seemingly to share, a kiss, a touch,
coaxing color from one to another
becoming as one, one next to the other.
