Thank You for this new day

Thank You for this new day, Lord,
for the gift of this morning,
Thank You for the rest You gave me,
at the end of yesterday...
 
Thank You for the opportunities,
the joy that awaits me this morning,
Thank you for walking with me today,
with my every breath...
 
Lead me, Lord, guide me,
oh Spirit, hear this prayer,
Thank You for this new day,
You have gifted me today...
