Look up – 2 – v2

Joy is everywhere, with us, alive,
every minute, each moment,
the hand of God is revealed,
in the little things, magic,
in the world all around us…
 
So many times, we look at the dirt,
the ground before our feet,
failing to see the enormity,
God’s manifest grace,
until we stop and look up…
 
Such a wonderous world,
expanse of the sky, the heavens,
as far as our minds can see,
all this part of God’s plan,
His design, His love alive…
 
Look up, believers, pilgrims,
sojourners here on the earth,
see the hand of God calling us,
we are to rise, to dwell in heaven,
beyond the arc of the dome…
