With every swing of her hammer

With every step of her journey,
with every word she spoke,
with every swing of her hammer,
the glass ceiling began to crack...

The glass ceiling began to crack,
behind it is hope, infinite light,
planes of possibilities widening,
with every word she spoke...

With every swing of her hammer,
with every word she spoke,
with every step of her journey,
the glass ceiling began to crack...

With every swing of her hammer,
our future, this now, was opened,
the glass ceiling began to crack,
with every word she spoke...
