God knows my heart

I know my heart,
every sin I have committed
I may not remember them in detail
but I know they exist…
 
God knows my heart,
every sin I have committed
every word, every action
and every thought I have hidden…
 
I am so fearful, convicted,
for every sin I have committed
I freely admit I must repent
for God to heal me completely…
 
God knows my heart,
every sin I have committed
but God descended as Jesus
and climbed my cross to save me…
