You know me completely,
You know my heart, my weakness,
hold me tightly, Lord Jesus,
how I long to walk with You,
and to walk with You in Glory…

when I falter, when I stumble,
redeem me from my brokenness,
lead me to Your cross,
to the way to Paradise…
