By Your grace, You pursued me,
Like the one lost sheep
You came to save me,
You redeemed me, oh Lord…
 
Through my journey,
When I needed grace,
You pursued me,
In the wilderness,
You gathered me home…
 
Through my journey,
You have been with me,
You saved me,
I was pursued by You,
You gathered me home…
