my anguish is overwhelming
my heart grew hot within me
enemies hurl lies about me
I am in despair…
 
Lord, come quickly to save me
reach down from heaven
gather my heart to You
I need to fee Your touch…
 
my life is but a breath
I am mindful of my days
but You are my hope
forever, always…
