light obscures line – v2

light obscures line
burring color, a fragrance
a fog of light, of mood,
overwhelming my ability
to breathe it all in

shining too brightly
in real-time ablaze
within the fog, the mist,
to drink more fully
of the image within

Drinking in the Spirit – v2

Drinking in the Spirit
the lily pads before me
breathing in the wall
of the Master’s world
of His mighty works

drinking in the water
the shimmering color
the mood itself
breathing, aglow

bleeding, melting,
the colors flowing
the ancient story
the pond reflecting
the Master’s brushstrokes
