The world brought back from the brink
with one sacrifice all our sins healed
our brokenness, our distance
brought back to the Lord
A holy priest entering in
to hear the master’s call
A choice to choose the cup
his blood poured out for all
Like Isaac on the altar
this time he would be the lamb
shedding his life so we would live
fulfilling the prophecy of old
One covenant fulfilled
one promise made whole
Our lives redeemed on that day
and when we answer his call
For we are forgiven once and for all
but we must accept his offering
to choose to take the name of Christ
and be his hands and his feet
to continue serving the same mighty Lord
that we too may enter in
