in this present darkness

In this present darkness,
in this time of struggle,
God is with us, beside us,
in the struggle, in our storms…
 
In this present darkness,
God is our light, our strength,
the means through the trials,
the storms of this life…
 
In this present darkness,
the world, the journey forward,
God is our protection, our strong tower,
our hope within the storms…
