be thorough, honest,
looking in the mirror
write down your truth
to release your demons…
 
be transparent, honest,
don’t leave out a jot
for God knows already
what is in our hearts…
 
turn your cards over,
every one face up
reveal your strength,
your every weakness…
 
God will start to heal you
when we are open, honest,
for God knows everything already,
long before He climbed the cross…
