the expanding universe

the expanding universe

the revelation of each kernel

the truth within the buds

the lilac before its blooming

emerging from the womb

from the winter, in secret,

life ready for sunlight

for the warmth of springtime

the design, the precise structures

the lilac buds bursting, unfurling

life in completeness, wholeness

a glimpse of eternity, creation,

seeing the hand of God

life in miniature, in darkness, in secret,

from conception, awareness, precision,

the kernel, each blossom, the bunches

unfolding, bursting forth, revealing,

the love of our Creator God
