Put on the garment of Christ – 2 – v3

 

Put on the garment of Christ

the fabric of the Holy Spirit;

Let Christ fuse into your body,

becoming part of your life;

Wear Christ within you

melt Christ into your being.

Share love with everyone

as Christ loves us still.

 

Take Christ within you

as a vital moving presence;

Let the living water drench you,

the Holy Spirit whispering as close as breath;

Bleed Christ within your spirit;

Share Christ’s light and love.

Love with your whole heart,

as Christ loves us still.
