To become the Body of Christ – v2

 

To become the Body of Christ,

to pull in the same direction;

We must lose ourselves

our divisions, our agendas

 

We must take on Christ

as a fabric melting

fusing with ourselves

with our whole beings.

 

To become the Body of Christ

we must love as Christ does;

We must offer hope, a helping hand,

to our loved ones, our neighbors.
