Within the tabernacle of my body – v2

Within my broken clay,
the tabernacle of my body,
I am building a holy place of dwelling,
a royal home, a temple,
for the Spirit of God, present,
to indwell within our bodies
our living tabernacles, a temple,
alive because of the grace of Christ
His climbing our cross for us…
 
By grace we have been set free,
by faith alone imparted to us,
the Spirit indwelling within us
the temple of our bodies
alive in the faith, abiding,
within our tabernacle present
journeying with our Savior
the Spirit guiding our steps,
the path that was written…
 
Within the tabernacle of my body,
stone by stone rising, rising,
on the foundation of believers
on the cornerstone of Christ…
All for Your glory, our journey,
our living witness, our lives,
saved by grace, through faith,
hard clay made supple,
open to Your touch…
