sometimes
we let the wounds fester
papering
over the pain
but
the wound remaining over
not
healed in any way
needing
to pull of the bandage
the
scab to remove the pressure
to
let the bad stuff come up
so
that we can achieve healing
needing
to let go
to
release the pressure
to
give the pain over to God
to
move on to scar tissue
