Abraham’s children
scattered to the countries
your people in the world
the diaspora of the chosen
sent into exile, captives,
your holy place in ruins
a desolate sanctuary
filled only with rot
Sin in your Temple
you have been cast out
a wasteland remaining
life in the stump
only a remnant growing
until the end of the age
the Judgment Day coming
when Christ will return.
