The Potter and the Clay – v2

From the dust, the earth

(by the breath of God, alive)

living waters, a wet lump of clay

spinning on the Potter’s wheel

a shapeless form, inert

Given breath, life

our spirits, creation

turned, molding, given shape

made by the Potter

according to His plan

each unique, yet

in His image made

all of our created

made by the Potter’s hand

upon the wheel
