Can you count the dewdrops?

Can you count the dewdrops on living flower petals,
the number of stars above or grains of sand on the shore,
the hairs on your heads, the count of your breaths,
Do you know the number of minutes of your days,
How could you, for they are a mystery known only to God...
 
We know only by faith, by striving, by journeying forward,
by trusting, by believing God knows us fully, from before
we were created, in the stillness of our mother's womb,
in secret, the number of hairs on our heads, our minutes,
the numbers of our days, the path of our lives…
 
God alone knows His plans, our calling, our purpose,
while we strive on this earth, while we walk, while we wander,
while we sojourn, while we journey, believing in God,
in God’s promise, for a plan, a path, a purpose,
joy, fulfillment, far beyond what we can see…
