I trust You Lord, but I don’t see You – v2

I trust You Lord, but I don’t always see You,
I struggle in this present darkness,
Satan seems to be in control, in power,
Here upon Your earth, in this current moment…
 
Show me You have vanquished my enemies,
This promise in holy scripture written,
Was this only for David, Your shepherd,
The King above Your flock…?
 
I trust You Lord, but I don’t always see You,
Increase my vision, my wisdom, my faith,
Show me what You have done in my life,
That my enemies have been vanquished…
 
Show me how these words of scripture
Relate to my way, to our walks,
That this is a universal promise,
That this is how You protect Your flock…
