On the cusp of epiphany – v2

Walking, certain of Your presence,
trying to hear Your whispers, Your message,
Your Spirit calls to my heart, my spirit,
what I am to do to thrive, to achieve,
to be faithful within the chaos, the storms,
to know abundance in this life, my walk…
 
At times I have felt You, but I couldn’t hear You,
on the cusp of epiphany, Oh Lord, draw near to me,
I want to know You, catching clouds from the ether,
Your words from the blue of the sky, meaning,
as a servant listens to their Master, attentive,
I am starting to hear Your message, clearly…
 
How I long to walk with You, to hear You,
to serve You, faithfully, how I want to show You,
how I love You, how You save me every day,
rising from my ashes, my sin, my grief, my trials,
my struggle, how I want to fulfill Your calling,
Your purpose, Your way, Oh Lord…
