I cannot forgive them
I do not have that power
I can only transfer justice,
forgiveness to God...
 
I do not want to hold
the scars I carry daily,
I release, I give them over
to the judgment of God...
 
He alone is righteous, just,
God alone is the Perfect Judge,
I can only thank Him
for His mercy, His grace...
 
I forgive them, I give them,
into Your hands, oh God,
I release them, Lord,
into Your boundless love...
