Let us remember every soul,
every defender, every innocent heart,
every life extinguished in the name of madness—
a war they never asked for, terror,
genocide that burst into their homes...
 
Let us pause for a moment, looking into their eyes—
these heroes of freedom—of Ukraine and our own...
those who held the line,
nurturing their dreams
before they were taken from us...
 
Let us remember in word and deed
those who stand in the breach...
 
Let us stand with Ukraine while we still have breath...
for their struggle is a struggle for humanity
against tyranny and evil.
Let us unite in prayer.
Let us remember always...
