I do not want these chains
the burdens that I carry
secret sin, the lies of the Devil,
the harm they caused me,
I do not want those things,
to name, to define me...
 
I want to know You fully
to walk in Your abundance
I want to love You, Lord,
because You first loved me,
Come closer to me, Lord,
I want to feel Your whisper...
 
I long to release, to forgive,
sins against me, the pain,
the hurt I have carried...
Help me, Lord Jesus,
to forgive them fully,
Help me to walk in Your light...
