We walk the same path
on our own Emmaus journey
We come to know Christ
walking beside us
opening the word,
this life, His mission
to save the world...
 
We read the scriptures,
prophesies about Jesus,
We hear His story,
God’s love for the world...
We walk the same journey
to find, to share Christ
to save the world...
 
We walk with Christ to Emmaus
We come to find Him within us
We rejoice as our stories are woven,
into the great story of faith...
We rise as they did, on fire,
to share our joy with others,
to save the world...
