Sun and sky

melting together

painted on the landscape

the world below

Green emerging

from the palette of winter

warming, brighter

saturation ablaze

Chartreuse and verdant grasses

flowers and leaf petals

opening, unfurling

seasons on the march

Green taking over

the stage, the spectrum;

beauty changing

with the warming sun

Radiant, resplendent

bleeding mass, color

opening plants

awaking in light

Green spreading

from a flicker, a forest,

fragrances erupting

our senses alive

Drinking in colors

through our eyes, our spirits

a new season burgeoning

nature come to life
