Why don’t I believe You Love me

My actions speak louder,
Than any words I profess,
How I live my life,
The choices I make…
 
Why don’t I believe You Love me,
That You saved me from the pit,
My Lord, my God, My Savior,
My Creator, the Potter of my life…
 
I proclaim Your scripture,
But I keep taking back my sin,
I hold on to what You have forgiven,
On the cross, in that grave…
