I do the very thing I hate

I know my actions are evil
that my sin separates me from You,
How I long to be faithful,
How I want to be Your Servant,
but I do the very thing I hate,
I damaged my relationship with You,
My Creator, my Savior, my God…
 
Lift me from my pit to walk with You,
raise me onto the waters,
Please help me break the patterns
My Brokenness in my walk
so that I might be blameless,
that I might be a witness,
to You alone, my Father,
My Creator, my Savior, my God…
