The tomb of that silence

Numb to the terror they witnessed,
fearing for their own lives, the breath,
Life so quickly taken from their Master,
tortured, nailed to the awful cross…
 
In the tomb of silence, their hope buried,
fearing for their own lives, the breath,
Bodies turned to dust, to nothingness,
numb, not knowing what to do…
