Before we speak – v2

When we are struggling,
bearing our burdens, trials,
when our hearts are heavy
when we seek to cry out to God…
 
God has already heard us,
God is already responding,
before we speak a word of prayer,
God is wrapping us in love…
 
When we pray, honestly,
God has already heard us,
God is already working
to lift our broken hearts,
to answer our prayer…
