change comes - 2 - v2

change comes, present,
only when we are open, ready,
when we are willing, able,
saying no to our present, our past, 
the ruts our familiar pathways
when we decide, when we say,
enough is enough, no more,
we want something better
healing in our lives, wholeness,
a way to walk closer, yoked,
to our Savior, our God,
turning from our old ways,
forever, starting right now…
