Thirsts and Hungers of the Heart

The living water feeding
providing for our needs
never to be hungry
to thirst no more
filling us completely
thirst and hunger of the heart
coming to the well
drink of the living waters
be touched by God
feel Christ’s presence
the Spirit moving
welling up in joy
our lives in the water
fed by his coming
offered by those
upstream from us
