Trusting Your Goodness

We all stray from Your path
we all long for control
we fail to love You
to trust in Your goodness
Your will for our lives…
 
We each eat of the apple
we are cursed by their path
we too betray Your, Lord,
seeking power like You,
but ruining our lives…
 
We must return to Your
we must walk the path written
we must trust in Your goodness
Your desire for our good
Your will for our lives…
