with our silence, our fears,
we don’t speak with power
to stop the terror, their murder,
speaking boldly, righteously,
against Russia’s terror,
their awful genocide…
There is no place for neutrality,
in the face of abject evil,
evil, war crimes committed,
crimes against humanity
each day, awful repeating,
targeting the innocent, children,
seeking to erase all of Ukraine…
