alone – 4 – v2

alone we are exposed, vulnerable,
to dangers, sin, to temptations,
weakness of our flesh, our bodies,
to Satan’s savage attacks…
 
together we are protected, covered,
in the body, the vine, the circle,
casting our worries on Jesus,
our risen Lord and Savior…
 
we find hope in community,
for healing, restoration, together,
our lives are saved, protected,
within the Body of Christ…
